Membership
We offer 4 types of membership, all of which are subject to availability.
To ensure that the course does not get overcrowded, memberships of all categories are limited in number, so it is essential that should you wish to join, or renew your membership, that this is done as soon as possible, and in any event, before 1 March 2024. Memberships not renewed by that date will be deemed to have lapsed.
These, together with the rates for the 2024/2025 season are as follows. The 2024/2025 season is the period 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025
- Full 7 day membership - £900
- Midweek (5 day) membership - £650
- Midweek off Peak (5 day) membership - £425
- If the above memberships are paid before 1 February 2024, a discount of £25 will apply.
- Associate membership - £185
Joining fees apply to new 5 and 7 day members as follows:
- 7 day member - £400
- 5 day member - £250
- Off peak member - £125
7 and 5 day membership allows the golfer to book tee times up to 7 days in advance. There is no limit to the amount of golf that 7 and 5 day members can play with their membership category.
Members upgrading from associate membership to any of the above categories will be required to pay a joining fee as follows:
- 7 day member - £200
- 5 day member - £125
- Off peak member - £60
Such upgrades are subject to availability.
Associate membership
Associate membership allows the golfer to play 10 times in the year, running from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. Associate members can play anytime Monday to Friday and after 10am at weekends, bank holidays and during the Christmas period, using their vouchers, but can pay the associate member reduced rate (see below) before 10am
Associate members may book up to 6 days in advance. There is no entrance fee.
Once associate members have used their 10 vouchers, they will benefit from discounted green fees.
The rates for associate members who play without the presentation of a voucher for the forthcoming year (1 March 2024 onward) are as follows:
- Weekdays - £15
- Weekends/bank holidays/Christmas period - £20
Rates for Associate members who play without the presentation of a voucher up to 28 February 2024 are as follows:
- Weekdays - £13
- Weekends/bank holidays/Christmas period - £18
Those associate members who have not used the 10 vouchers for the 2023/2024 season by 28 February 2024 may carry the unused vouchers into the 2024/2025 season, provided that they renew their associate membership for the 2024/2025 season. However, going forward, unused vouchers may not be carried forward.
Members guests
5, 7 day and off peak members may sign in one guest per round. The rates for members guests are as follows:

Associate members may sign in one guest per round. The rates for associate members guests are as follows:

Other benefits
Benefits for all classes of member are as follows:
- Discounted buggies, trolleys and range balls.
- Use of member practice areas, namely the putting green and the short game range.
- Discounted green fees for one guest per visit.
- Access to a WHS handicap
- Access to club competitions. (A separate fee is payable to England Golf and Notts Union)
- A discount card offering 10% of all drinks and food in the bar. A small administration charge of £5 is payable for the discount card.
- Buggy Hire £16 instead of £23
