Membership

We offer 4 types of membership, all of which are subject to availability.

To ensure that the course does not get overcrowded, memberships of all categories are limited in number, so it is essential that should you wish to join, or renew your membership, that this is done as soon as possible, and in any event, before 1 March 2025. Memberships not renewed by that date will be deemed to have lapsed.

 

New Membership Rates for 2026/2027 Season

The 2026/2027 season runs from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027. Membership rates for this period are:

- Full 7-Day Membership: £985

- Midweek (5-Day) Membership: £720

- Midweek Off-Peak (5-Day) Membership: £480

- Associate Membership: £235

Joining Fees for New Members
New members joining as 5-day or 7-day members will be subject to the following joining fees:

- 7-Day Membership: £400
- 5-Day Membership: £250
- Off-Peak Membership: £150

Membership Benefits
7-day and 5-day members can book tee times up to 7 days in advance and enjoy unlimited golf within their membership category.


Details of Associate Membership 

- Playing Rights: Associate members receive 10 vouchers per year, valid from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027. These vouchers allow play anytime Monday to Friday, and after 10 a.m on weekends, bank holidays, and during the Christmas period. To play before 10 a.m on weekends and holidays, associate members can pay a reduced rate.
- Booking: Associate members can book tee times up to 6 days in advance.
- Additional Benefits: There is no entrance fee for associate members. Once the 10 vouchers are used, associate members enjoy discounted green fees.

Green Fee Rates for Associate Members (Without a Voucher)

Prices from 1st March 2025 until 28th February 2026:

- Weekdays: £18
- Weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas Period: £23

Prices From 1st March 2026 until 28th February 2027:

- Weekdays: £20
- Weekends £25

Please note that any unused vouchers from the 2025/2026 season cannot be carried over beyond 28 February 2026. 

 

Other benefits

Benefits for all classes of member are as follows:

  • Discounted buggies, trolleys and range balls.
  • Use of member practice areas, namely the putting green and the short game range.
  • Discounted green fees for one guest per visit.
  • Access to a WHS handicap
  • Access to club competitions. (A separate fee is payable to England Golf and Notts Union)
  • A discount card to ALL membership categories offering 10% of all drinks and food in the bar, card will be given upon payment of membership.
  • Buggy Hire £17 instead of £25
